Directions

Take: 1 capsule 3 times daily before food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Must take 5-15 minutes before eating. 

Precautions

• Not recommended while pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Not recommended if you have a history of peptic ulcers or you are on a proton pump inhibitor.
